Accounting - Full Time Position

Edmond-based real estate company is hiring a talented and organized individual to work in our accounting department.

Job Duties:

  • perform a variety of clerical and administrative-accounting tasks
  • filing, data entry, communicate with property owners and tenants
  • accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections
  • bookkeeping, reconciling accounts, assist closing end of year transactions
  • research, resolution of discrepancies

Requirements:

  • at least 1-year experience preferred
  • knowledge in QuickBooks, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • take initiative, work efficiently and accurately
