Edmond-based real estate company is hiring a talented and organized individual to work in our accounting department.
Job Duties:
- perform a variety of clerical and administrative-accounting tasks
- filing, data entry, communicate with property owners and tenants
- accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections
- bookkeeping, reconciling accounts, assist closing end of year transactions
- research, resolution of discrepancies
Requirements:
- at least 1-year experience preferred
- knowledge in QuickBooks, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and organizational skills
- take initiative, work efficiently and accurately
