Maintenance/Construction Pro - Contract Position

Homeworx is looking for maintenance professionals who will strive to ensure that our tenants and/or customers have a good experience when making a service call for maintenance or repair work.

Requirements:

• Have your own truck and tools.
• Cell Phone (Android or iPhone) with Internet Service

Job duties include::

• Drywall / Paint.
• Light Electrical & Plumbing
• Small Appliance
• Troubleshooting

You must be presentable in appearance and courteous in attitude for all service calls, day or night.
We will verify all references for quality and accuracy.

Requirements

• Must have active real estate license with OKCMAR membership.
• You must have closed minimum of 25 transactions.
